  • Processing time and shipping: We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving payment confirmation via Australia Post. However, if there is any expected delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you through the contact details you have provided us.

    Thank you for understanding that unexpected delays from Australia Post is beyond our control and is not our responsibility.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. You’ll see the exact cost during checkout.
  • International Shipping: We ship to Australia and the Philippines. We are not able to accept international orders currently. For updates and international orders, please contact us; we promise to do our best.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Damaged or defective item

A “damaged” or “defective” item is considered to be broken perfume glass decant, clearly fractured glass decant, or non-working atomizer.

We are here to help and keep you happy with your purchase from The Golden Drop. Please contact us and provide required evidence(s) (e.g., pictures, videos, etc.) of the damaged item within 7 days after the delivery date.
